Steve leads Gerrard White’s Insurance and Technology division, where he manages the team whilst remaining hands on in delivering the market’s best talent to Insurer, Broking, MGA, Insurtech and London Market clients within Technology, Transformation, and ExCo Search and Selection.

With over 10 years of experience recruiting both permanent and interim insurance and technology talent, Steve supports the complex hiring needs of acquisitive and long established insurance businesses in both the UK and North America.
