Complaints
It is our aim to provide a professional, courteous and fair service to all of our customers. However, we recognise that occasionally things can go wrong. If for any reason, you are not fully satisfied with any aspect of the service that you have received from GWV Talent Solutions or its brands Gerrard White Consulting or Vermelo RPO, then we would like to know.

Please provide us with as much information as possible regarding the issue that you have experienced including dates, times and details of who you have already spoken to.
We set clear expectations for managing any complaint and will:
Acknowledge receipt | Within 24 hours |
Conduct a thorough investigation | Within five working days |
Share our findings with the customer | Within two weeks |
Offer a remedy or solution | Within four weeks |
In the event that our Head of Operations is unable to resolve your complaint, it will then be escalated to our Managing Director to resolve.
We endeavour to:
Handle the complaint in a professional, courteous and fair manner;
Treat the complaint in the strictest of confidentiality;
Fully investigate and keep you informed of the actions that we will be taking.
