A respected Legal 500 law firm with a progressive outlook is seeking a part-time Client Administration Legal Secretary to support its growing Estate Administration team. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced legal secretary or administrator to join a welcoming and professional environment, with flexibility and work-life balance built in.
The Role:
As a Client Administration Legal Secretary, you’ll be the first point of contact for new client matters and play a key role in ensuring smooth onboarding and administration throughout the client journey. Key responsibilities include:
- Handling all new client enquiries and organising initial meetings
- Sending client documentation and conducting compliance checks (including SmartSearch)
- Opening new files on the Practice Management System
- Preparing files for closure and ensuring accurate archiving
- Strong secretarial or administrative experience, ideally within an Estate Administration or Private Client team
- Highly organised and detail-focused
- A proactive team player with a professional and positive attitude

Location: Kent (hybrid working considered after probation)
