A well-regarded and growing Legal 500 firm is looking for a Legal Assistant to join their busy Estate Administration team. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced legal secretary or assistant to develop their career in a collaborative and forward-thinking environment.
The Role:
As a Legal Assistant in the Estate Administration department, you'll be an integral part of the team, providing essential support to fee earners with the day-to-day management of probate and trust administration matters. Your duties will include:
- Managing new client enquiries and scheduling initial meetings
- Handling compliance and file closure processes
- Drafting legal documents and routine correspondence
- Liaising with clients and solicitors and reporting on case progress
- Updating the case management system
You’ll have solid secretarial experience, ideally within Estate Administration or Private Client work. A professional, positive attitude and a collaborative spirit are essential, along with excellent communication and organisational skills.

Location: Kent (some hybrid working may be possible after probation)
