An award-winning Legal 500 firm with a strong reputation for excellence is seeking an experienced Employment Solicitor to join their successful and expanding team. This is an exciting opportunity for a confident and commercially aware employment lawyer looking to develop their career within a collaborative and progressive firm.
The Role:
You will advise a broad range of clients—both employers and employees—on all aspects of employment law, including:
- Employment tribunals and litigation
- Mediation and dispute resolution
- Employment contracts, policies and procedures
- TUPE and redundancy
- Settlement Agreements
About You:
- A qualified solicitor with a minimum of 3 years’ PQE in Employment Law
- Personable, professional, and commercially astute
- Strong communication and client care skills
- Team-focused, with a proactive and solution-driven approach
- Business development minded
- Work with a Legal 500 recognised firm known for excellence in client service and staff development

Salary: Up to £55,000 (potentially with some flexibility depending on experience and background)
