Customer Service Representative
£22,500 - £25,000
Uxbridge, West London
Mon-Fri 8am - 4:30pm or 9:00 - 5:30pm
The Company
This exciting opportunity to work for a well-established and expanding Accident Management Company who look to provide clients with replacement vehicles following a non-fault accident. The company have been established for over 27 years and are currently going through a period of significant growth and as a result of this are looking to recruit for a driven and personable person to join the team.
The Ideal Candidate
Will have worked previously in a busy telephone based role and have a positive and friendly approach. Training will be provided but enthusiasm and strong customer service is a must.
Responsibilities
- Provide excellent customer service
- Manage your own portfolio of clients for the duration of their hire period
- Confidently negotiate with third party insurers
- Liaise with repairers and obtain key updates on the progress of client's vehicle repairs
- Follow up claims progress with third party insurers to ensure losses are correctly mitigated
- Abide by guidelines agreed with the insurers to ensure that the hire charges are paid in full
- Keeping good levels of communication with other team members and other departments
- Apply a structured and organised approach to managing your own caseload
Key Skills and Knowledge
- Great on the phone
- Confident at building rapport with customers
- Word/Excel/Outlook and basic IT skills
- Ability to build effective relationships with colleagues
- Have a 'can do' attitude and an ability to think 'outside the box'
- To be able to deal with challenging customers
Working Hours
Monday to Friday - 37.5 hours per week either 8am - 4:30pm or 9:00 - 5:30pm
