System Administrator Job Description
Broker Accounts Assistant - Chelmsford Full Time - Permanent - Up to £25,000
- Credit Control: Assist in managing aged debt by contacting creditors with overdue payments and collaborating with brokers to provide necessary support.
- Transaction Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of day-to-day financial transactions, including daily banking activities and cash recording.
- Bank Reconciliations: Prepare weekly and monthly bank reconciliations to ensure accuracy and financial integrity.
- Broker Support: Respond to broker queries on an ad hoc basis, providing timely and professional assistance.
- Administrative Support: Perform general office administration tasks as required to ensure the smooth operation of the office.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Confident on the phone
- Excellent attention to detail
- Strong numerical skills.
- Experience using Microsoft Outlook and Excel is preferred.
- A proactive and professional attitude towards work.
