Clare is responsible for both lateral and business services recruitment (covering permanent and contract roles) with a focus on our London based Private Practice clients at Gerrard White.
Clare has worked with a range of clients to include Top 200 and Silver and Magic circle law firms as well as supporting the recruitment functions for In House legal teams.
Clare totals 23 years recruitment experience, previously worked In House within investment banking recruiting for undergraduate and MBA across EMEA regions. For the past 13 years has focused on the legal sector, having worked In House at a leading global law firm and for leading legal recruitment agencies within London.
Clare has expert market knowledge across all practise and business support areas within the legal private practice market and is well positioned to advise our Candidates and Clients alike in their decisions. Along with the rest of the team Clare takes great care and attention to fully understanding cultural fit, ensuring that placements that are made are long-term investments and not short-term gains.
