Role Overview: The firm is looking for a Residential Property Solicitor with 1+ years Post-Qualified Experience (PQE) to handle a mixed caseload of residential property transactions, ensuring clients receive the highest standard of legal support.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Managing Transactions: Oversee the entire conveyancing process for sales, purchases, transfers of equity, and remortgages from instruction to completion.
- Client Interaction: Provide clear and practical legal advice to clients, maintaining excellent client relationships and ensuring client satisfaction.
- Due Diligence: Conduct thorough due diligence, including property searches, reviewing contracts, and identifying any potential legal issues.
- Documentation: Prepare and review contracts, transfer deeds, mortgages, and other legal documents with precision and attention to detail.
- Compliance: Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and stay updated on changes in property law and conveyancing practices.
- Problem-Solving: Resolve any legal issues or disputes that arise during the conveyancing process efficiently and effectively.

Candidate Profile:
