Motor Fraud Investigator

Job description

Are you an experienced fraud handler within motor insurance?

We're looking for experienced fraud investigators with motor insurance knowledge to come in and hit the ground running!

An Ideal candidate would look like:

· Knowledgeable in the of motor fraud indicators, types and processes

· Handle all aspects of the investigation from claims stage to the settlement

· Existing understanding of medical reports, determine liability, indemnity and other aspects of Third Party.

You will:

· Manage a portfolio of claims and evidence that can work to deadlines

· Accurately record MI

· Carry out customer contact to support fraud suspicions, update and explain decisions taken

· Validating documents and handling sensitive data

Working 37.5 hours per week and offering hybrid working this is the perfect opportunity for any experienced handler to take that next step in their career.
