They are currently seeking an experienced Private Client Legal Secretary to join the team.
This Private Client team advises UK and international private individuals including multi-generational families, high net worth individuals and entrepreneurs and business professionals. They offer a full range of services including wills, inheritance, powers of attorney, trusts and probate, estate planning and tax.
The Role
As a Private Client Legal Secretary, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the firm's talented solicitors and delivering exceptional service to their clients. Your responsibilities will include:
- Comprehensive Support: Managing diaries, scheduling meetings, and preparing legal documents (using audio dictation) with meticulous attention to detail.
- Client Interaction: Acting as a key point of contact for clients, ensuring their needs are met with professionalism and efficiency.
- File Management: Opening/closing files and archiving
- Document Management: Drafting, proofreading, and handling correspondence including Wills, Powers of Attorney, trusts, and other legal documents.
- Case Management: Assisting with the administration of estates, maintaining accurate records, and coordinating with external parties.
- Team Collaboration: Working closely with a team of experienced solicitors and paralegals to ensure smooth workflow and exceptional client service.

About You
To excel in this role, you will need:
- Experience: 6+ months experience as a legal secretary within private client law
- Skills: Exceptional organisational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills with a client-focused approach.
- Technology: Proficiency in legal software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Attitude: A proactive, positive attitude and the ability to work well both independently and as part of a team.
