Case Study: Building a European IT function for a Global Insurance Broker

A Global Insurance Broking and Risk Management organisation built a new IT model to support their acquisitive growth plans. This included a major technology overhaul to align UK operations with their American parent’s standards. The transformation required the compilation of new teams within EUC/Support, Networks, Cloud, and transformation to move both retail and MGA operations onto new platforms.The scale and urgency of these changes created a high-pressure environment with strict deadlines. The client needed to fill numerous technical and managerial roles quickly, to ensure minimal disruption to BAU.
