About the Role:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Private Client Paralegal to join our client's team in Worthing, with additional offices across the region. This role is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to further their career in private client law within a friendly, professional, and supportive practice.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assisting with wills, probate, trusts, and estates administration
- Drafting legal documents and correspondence
- Conducting legal research and preparing reports
- Managing client files and ensuring compliance with legal regulations
- Communicating with clients, beneficiaries, and other relevant parties to provide updates and address queries
About You:
The ideal candidate will have some experience in private client work, and a strong understanding of client care and confidentiality. We are looking for someone who is proactive, organised, and committed to providing excellent service.
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a paralegal or legal assistant, ideally in private client law
