About the Role
As a Post Completions Assistant, you will play a crucial role in managing all post-completion matters. Your responsibilities will include submitting AP1s to the Land Registry, handling Land Registry requisitions, updating LMS and Lender Exchange Portals, and serving post-completion notices on Landlords/Managing Agents.
Key Qualifications:
- Solid knowledge of residential property transactions
- Hands-on experience with post-completion procedures
- Familiarity with case management systems (preferred)
- Strong organisational skills and meticulous attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
