Location: Chislehurst

Salary: £20,000 - £25,000 per annum (depending on experience) + Commission

Job Type: Full-Time, Permanent

Role Overview:

We are seeking a motivated Insurance Sales Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new business by making outbound sales calls to prospective clients. While prior experience in the insurance industry is not required, we are looking for someone with a strong sales background, particularly in roles where outbound calling has been a key component.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Outbound Sales: Proactively make outbound calls to prospective clients to introduce our insurance products and services.
  • Client Engagement: Build rapport with potential clients, understand their needs, and recommend appropriate insurance solutions.
  • Lead Generation: Identify and qualify leads through various channels, ensuring a strong pipeline of potential clients.
  • Sales Targets: Meet and exceed individual sales targets and contribute to the overall success of the sales team.
  • CRM Management: Accurately record all client interactions and sales activities in the CRM system.
  • Follow-Up: Ensure timely follow-up with potential clients to close sales and secure business.
  • Product Knowledge: Develop a deep understanding of our insurance products and services to effectively communicate benefits to clients.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with the sales team and other departments to ensure a seamless client experience.

Requirements:

  • Sales Experience: Proven track record in a sales role, preferably with experience in outbound calling.
  • Confidence: Strong phone presence with excellent communication skills and the ability to engage with clients confidently.
  • Driven: Results-oriented with a strong desire to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Adaptable: Quick learner with the ability to grasp new concepts and products quickly.
  • Organized: Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
  • Resilience: Ability to handle rejection and remain motivated to achieve success.
