Executive Assistant
EA to Senior Partner - Music/Entertainment Focus
Overview:
A Senior Partner at a well-regarded organisation is seeking an experienced Executive Assistant with a background in the music or entertainment industries, or professional services. This is a unique opportunity to work closely with a highly accomplished professional whose career spans over 25 years in business advisory, particularly within the music and entertainment sectors.
The Senior Partner has established a strong reputation in the world of ballet, having acted as a manager and business advisor to world-renowned ballet dancers. He manages two ballet sites, one in London and another in Cuba, requiring support with international coordination.
The ideal candidate will assist with travel arrangements for the Senior Partner and ballet dancers, as well as managing their busy schedule on a day-to-day basis. Spanish language skills are a plus, but not essential, to help communicate with clients in Cuba.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide high-level administrative support, including managing client communications, diary management, and correspondence.
- Manage travel arrangements for the Senior Partner and ballet dancers, ensuring smooth logistics.
- Assist with coordinating schedules and activities across the London and Cuba sites.
- Handle confidential information for high-profile clients in the entertainment and media sectors.
- Ensure efficient management of day-to-day operations and workload.
- Liaise with clients and professionals on behalf of the Senior Partner, providing excellent client service.
Candidate Requirements:
- Experience: Previous experience as an Executive Assistant in the music/entertainment industries or professional services.
- Skills: Exceptional organisational and multitasking abilities, with the capability to prioritise and manage high-pressure tasks effectively.
- Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with high-profile clients and stakeholders.
- Discretion: Proven ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with professionalism.
- Spanish (Advantageous - not essential): Ability to speak Spanish would be a plus to facilitate communication with clients in Cuba.
- Technology Savvy: Proficient in office software and managing schedules across multiple sites.
- Driving Licence (Advantageous - not essential)
