Position: Customer Experience Representative

We are seeking motivated and customer-focused individuals to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing friendly, professional, and efficient service to address their needs and resolve any issues they may have.
Responsibilities:
- Assist customers with their needs over the phone, emails, and updating MIS systems.
- Provide outstanding customer service with a friendly approach.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues, escalating to the appropriate department when necessary.
