Your Role: As a Court of Protection Executive, you will manage your own caseload under the guidance of expert Solicitors. Your responsibilities will include:
- Financial Management: Overseeing client accounts, reconciling payments, and handling tax administration.
- Client Interaction: Communicating with vulnerable and elderly clients, their families, and other interested parties to ensure their needs are met.
- Payment Coordination: Ensuring timely payments for care home fees, insurance, and household expenses.
- Investment Oversight: Monitoring and managing client investments.
You will also visit clients in their homes or care facilities, fostering strong relationships and ensuring they receive the best possible care.
What We're Looking For:
- Experience: Proven track record within Private Client, ideally with Court of Protection cases.
- Skills: Strong numeracy, organisation, administrative, IT, and communication skills.
- Personality: A caring, empathetic individual with a knack for building and maintaining long-term professional relationships.
- Requirements: A driving license and own vehicle, commercial awareness, and a polished, professional demeanor.
