Join a highly-regarded Legal 500 Dispute Resolution and Litigation team specialising in providing bespoke solutions to clients in all forms of litigation, arbitration, and Alternative Dispute Resolution. The team as a whole deal with a broad a variety of work, this role specifically focuses on Contentious Probate matters.
The role would be ideal for any solicitor looking for the opportunity to take advantage of a growing practice and establish themselves. For more senior applicants a chance to mentor and support junior members, be recognised as a key team member and take steps towards partnership.

The role offers the opportunity to be involved with representing claimants and estates regarding grounds for contesting a Will and claims made pursuant to the Inheritance Act 1975. Including but not limited to:
- Matters where no Will exists
- Claims for further provision
- Disputed matters in relation to Trusts
- Protecting the interests of vulnerable people
- Professional negligence claims
- Removing/challenging appointment of Executors
- Court applications / retrieving /establishing values of complex assets
